Role permission baseline
Administrator
View, create, edit, delete, refunds and reports.
Pharmacist
View, create, edit, refunds and reports. No deletion.
Cashier
View and create sales. No refunds, adjustments or reports.
Inventory manager
View, create, edit inventory and reports. No refunds or deletion.
Roles are assigned by the owner and verified server-side. Individual account workspaces are private; shared multi-staff pharmacy records require a connected relational data layer. Disabling an account ends its sessions.
